Favorite exercise – i hate exercising but probably cross trainer and dancing.

What makes you slip up? My addiction to food and my lazyness.

What makes you strong? Other people who are doing an amazing job loosing weight 

How many calories do you consume a day? anywhere between 600-3000, I am up and down every day.

What do you see when you look in the mirror? FAT

2. Favorite place to work out? gym but i havent a membership atm

8. How do you get to your work out place? bus

9. Would you work out if you didn’t have to in order to stay fit? honestly, i probably wouldnt but its a habit i wanna change

10. Favorite thing to do to pass time during cardio? try and break previous records

11. How many times a week do you exercise? currently rarely, aim 4 times a week.

12. What gets you most motivated to work out? knowing what i could potentially look like

13. Do you workout alone or with a partner? i work out better on my own

14. Any embarrassing moments while running or at the gym? i get embarrassed when people i know are there because i get really sweaty

15. Water or sports drink? Always water

You know you’ve got fat when you are asian your ass is bigger than your black friends.

So I went shopping today, I have gone up two sizes. From UK size to a 12. I am not happy, I am disgusted. I guess i didnt notice because I have been wearing floaty dresses all summer and too busy admiring my newly huge boobs. BUT I dont even want boobs if it means me looking fucking huge for my frame.

So sorry I have been gone, but I am back. Need to get fit, healthy and happy.

1 week weight loss diet plan

Day 1

Breakfast:

-Bowl of porridge with two spoons of flax seeds

-Green tea

Lunch:

- 2 Boiled eggs

- tomato salad (red onion and tomatoes chopped coarsely with balsamic vinegar)

- 1/2 litre of water

Dinner:

- Baked seasoned chick breast (small amount)

- Roasted sweet potatoes 

-Boiled carrots

- 1/2 litre of water

Snacks:

- Celery sticks

- Humous 

- Green tea

- 1/2 litre of water

Day 2

Breakfast:

-Bowl of porridge with two spoons of flax seeds

-Green tea

Lunch:

- 1 wholemeal toasted pitta

- Raw peppers, onions, carrots sliced.

- Slither of humous 

- 1/2 litre of water

Dinner:

- Brown rice (small amount)

- Soy sauce

- Spring onions, broccoli and seasoning

- 1/2 litre of water

Snacks:

- Fruit

- Green tea

Day 3

Breakfast:

- Boiled egg (sliced and seasoned)

- Green tea

Lunch:

- Brown rice stir fried with shallots and tuna (not too much fat or grease)

- 1/2 litre of water

Dinner:

- Baked seasoned chick breast (small amount)

- Roasted sweet potatoes 

- Boiled carrots

- 1/2 litre of water

Snacks:

- Celery

- Humous 

- Green tea

- Water

Day 4

Breakfast:

- Porridge with two spoons of flax seeds

- Green tea

Lunch:

- Protein shake 

- 1/2 litre of water

Dinner:

- Sweet potato mash

- Chopped tomatos 

- Vegetarian sausage 

- 1/2 litre of water

Snacks:

- Boiled egg

- Green tea

-Water

Day 5

Breakfast:

- Baked breakfast (egg, mushroom, tomato)

- Green tea

Lunch:

- Pepper stuffed with brown rice.

- Brown rice boiled then mix in onions, garlic, bits of broccoli)

- 1/2 litre of water

Dinner:

- Baked seasoned chick breast 

- Baked asparagus seasoned with lemon, salt and pepper

- 1/2 litre of water

Snacks:

- Protein shake

- Water

-Green tea 

Day 6

Breakfast:

- Bowl of porridge with two spoons of flax seeds

- Green tea

Lunch:

- Rice noodles with soy sauce 

- Baked chicken strips

- Bunch of vegetables

- 1/2 litre of water

Dinner:

- Tuna salad

- Boiled egg

- 1/2 litre of water

Snacks:

- Protein shake

- Water

-Green tea 


Day 7

Breakfast:

- Bowl of porridge with two spoons of flax seeds

- Green tea

Lunch:

- Protein shake

- 1/2 litre of water

Dinner:

- Tomato salad

- Baked chicken on a bed of pesto

- Treat (A side of your choice to reward yourself this week i.e baked chips…)

- 1/2 litre of water

Snacks:

- Protein shake

- Water

Going to stick to this for a week and see how I feel at the end. More then a weight loss diet its to help me train myself to say no to devil foods. Paired with exercise, this low-carb, low-fat diet should be great
